Living Pilates is owned by Catherine and Natalie Dent, both Polestar Pilates Certified Instructors in Studio and Matwork. It is a fully equipped Pilates Studio.
Our focus is the provision of quality Pilates instruction and movement re education particularly in a post rehabilitation setting.
Additionally we are able to provide ongoing Pilates instructor training as part of the Polestar Pilates Mentoring team.
