Our introductory package consists of 3 one on one sessions (55 minutes each) for $200.
In your first session we learn about your history, look at your movement patterns and also discuss what your goals are with Pilates and/or other activities. We also introduce you to some of the basic Pilates principles, which centre around your breathing, core and alignment.
Sessions 2 and 3 are used to develop your programme and get you familiar with the Pilates equipment if you haven’t used it before.
After that you have the option of continuing with one on ones or joining a small group of up to 4 people, using the equipment. We have daytime and evening options for the groups. See our Timetable for our current sessions.
